How it works
Simple to begin. Careful by design.
Every SOMIRA relationship starts with a conversation, not a commitment. What follows is deliberate: understand the person, confirm safety and scope, agree on the plan, then do the work.
The client journey
- 01
Recognize
You name what is changing — without being told you are broken.
- 02
Explore
Learn the four pathways, single sessions, bundles, and the custom path.
- 03
Begin
A free 15-minute discovery call clarifies fit — no pressure, no coaching disguised as sales.
- 04
Screen
Intake, lifestyle and health information, PAR-Q+, consent, and signatures are completed before training begins.
- 05
Orient
We confirm goals, boundaries, session plan, scheduling, communication, and expectations.
- 06
Work
Sessions are useful, personal, adaptable, and clearly connected to your chosen outcome.
- 07
Reflect
Progress is reviewed and the path is adjusted, concluded, or continued — without manufactured dependency.
Onboarding & safety
Screening is care, not paperwork.
A completed PAR-Q+ must be on file before any personal-training service begins. If screening suggests professional clearance is needed, we pause and refer.
Discovery
Fit, service interest, expectations, and next step — not a full coaching session
Intake
Goals, preferences, lifestyle, occupation, routines, relevant history, and communication needs
Health questionnaire
Relevant health, medication, symptoms, injury, limitation, and provider context
PAR-Q+
A completed PAR-Q+ must be on file before personal-training services begin
Signature
Digital signature and date confirming accuracy, acknowledgment, and consent
Referral
We pause and refer when screening indicates professional clearance is needed
The discovery call
Fifteen minutes, free, and genuinely low pressure.
We listen to what is changing, describe honest options, and recommend the smallest level of support that responsibly fits. If SOMIRA is not the right fit, we will say so.
Scope
SOMIRA provides coaching, training, and education. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical or mental-health conditions, and nothing here replaces care from a qualified provider.
